Hengrave Hall Suffolk - Olivia & Declan

I love an epic country hall wedding and Hengrave Hall Suffolk did not disappoint. Not only is it an amazing setting but the staff make everything relaxed and laid back. Exactly what you want on your wedding and surprisingly hard to find in a manor house venue! Trust me, I’ve photographed a few and this really is somewhere special for Suffolk.

Both Olivia and Declan got ready at Hengrave Hall, which meant I could cover both of them in the morning and it was great to have all the main people around from the beginning. It’s wonderful when couple’s get ready together as I rarely get to see the groom getting ready.

I love their gin bottle centre pieces, beautifully decorated with flowers and it all complimented Hengrave Hall so well. Outside in the gardens they got to make the most of the sunshine with canapes and drinks and then it was a great evening of food and tonnes of dancing!

I’d love to go back to Hengrave Hall, it’s super local to me and it is one of my favourite Suffolk Venues. It feels so luxurious but it’s also really relaxed too. It’s such a hard combination to find. And most of the rooms there are wonderfully romantic with gorgeous light. It’s a photographers dream but it’s also a couple’s dream as it really does feel so special and perfectly ‘fairytale’ in just the right way!
