Eaton House Studio wedding – quirky, micro.

Have I got an absolute cracker of a wedding to share with you, from the epic Eaton House Studio, or the Pink House as it’s also known!

I bloody love Eaton House, Amy who owns it is a complete design goddess and has created a really unique and fun place that is a true escape from reality. When she asked me if I was free to shoot a mini wedding there I leapt at the chance.

Bex and Paul are absolute legends. I always get to know my couples a bit beforehand with online chats, or we meet in person but as they were booking me last minute we had none of that. I literally turned up on the day without even knowing what they looked like. It was a total gamble and I don’t really like to work like that but in this instance it totally paid off. These two were such a great pair. They had fantastic style and, alongside Eaton House, they’d planned a day that really felt unique, fun and true to them.

Everyone at the wedding stayed for the weekend, so everyone got ready together, including Bex and Paul. They just saved the last little bit so Bex could do a surprise first look, which was super sweet.

It was so good to see them getting to see each other before all the guests got involved. It made it so personal.

The ceremony was conducted by an astrologist, which was perfect as Bex is a big astrology fan. Then afterwards they had sliders and fries in the main room – check out the decor that Amy had created! Crystals for the win!

Then after speeches they all gathered round the fire and each guests had their own personalised box of smores which they toasted. And that was followed by a socially distance dance-off.

The whole day felt super fun, special and unique. Even though we were in the middle of a pandemic it didn’t feel like anything was taken from the day. Eaton House did an amazing job at hosting it all and keeping everyone safe whilst making sure it was epic-ly FUN.
