Old Bull Inn Royston – Essex Pub Wedding
How many of you would love a wedding with zero stress, the sort of day where you just get to hang out with your favourite people, drink champagne and eat great food without all the high maintenance (and cost!) that come sometimes come along with a wedding? Well Claire and Danny had exactly that for their wedding day, they wanted the day to feel like them and be low-key and lots of fun. And that’s exactly how it turned out!
Claire was so chilled on her wedding morning that she was stacking the dishwasher in her wedding dress and just full of happy, excited smiles. It was amazing to be around. They had their ceremony at their local Saffron Walden Registry Office and then hopped on a vintage bus with all their guests and headed off through the beautiful, Essex countryside to the pub.
Claire’s maid of honour is a jazz singer and kept everyone entertained whilst the sun shone and the drinks kept flowing. They kept the day guests to about 40 which meant everyone got the chance to talk to each other and I think it added to the chilled out feeling. Then the rest of the guests came in the evening for the party which despite the scorching heat had a cram packed dancefloor!
