As a local photographer, who grew up near Colchester, I’ve got a lot of experience of the local area. I really do have a lot of love for Essex, it’s definitely got an underrated beauty! Yes really….ha,ha! And I love how much it has to offer in such a small area – villages, beaches, wide marsh lands, bleak industrial areas, farmland, ancient woods, it’s a real mix! It’s also a bonus how close it is to London and how well connected it is to the rest of the country.
