Colourful Fun Wedding at Barn Venue

Absolute joy would be the term I’d use to describe this day at the wonderful Lodge Farm Barns. I’d already met Lucy and Dan for their engagement shoot in London, so I knew just how lovely they were. I was so excited for their wedding to finally arrive and it did not disappoint. It was full of colour and fun.

I loved those colourful bridesmaids dresses, everyone got to wear whatever they wanted it was just in a general colour scheme which is a much better way of doing it in my book rather than a set style of dress. The local season flowers were also amazing and really brought a pop of colour to the venue.

These two are both actors so obviously their ceremony and speeches were pretty special. The Lodge Farm Wedding venue has a room to get ready in for the wedding party so that makes the day a whole lot easier. I was able to be at the venue for the entire day and didn’t miss a thing. The ceremony was beautiful in the old barn and then after a riot of confetti, it was some drinks and very relaxed group photos. The meal and speeches were really fantastic. Lucy and Dan are both hilarious (Lucy is a comedian so that helps!) and then of course they had a brilliant party after.
